    Central Marion County in north central Ohio...
    Southern Morrow County in north central Ohio...
    * Until 1015 AM EDT.
    * At 707 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    One and a half to two inches of rain have already fallen across
    southern Marion County. Thunderstorms will move southeast into
    Morrow County through 8 AM.

    Marion, Mount Gilead, Cardington, Ashley, Prospect, Waldo,
    Chesterville, Sparta, New Bloomington, Edison, Green Camp, Marengo,
    Fulton and State Route 229 at US Route 23.
