* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 042 Darke...Fire Weather
Zone 050 Wayne and Fire Weather Zone 051 Miami.
* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 24 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
