  • The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a
    * Flood Warning for...
    Eastern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio...
    * Until 800 AM EDT Tuesday.
    * At 1101 PM EDT, reporting gauges indicate that the Shade River is
    still above the estimated flood stage of 17 feet. Current stage is
    20 feet and falling. The Shade River is expected to continue to
    fall overnight and into Tuesday morning and fall below the
    estimated flood stage by late Tuesday morning and early afternoon.
    * At Stages between 17 and 21 feet, Oak Hill Road upstream from
    the Shade River Bridge is flooded and The Sugar Run Creek Bridge
    is flooded 200 feet downstream from the Oak Hill Road, and Shade
    River Bridge.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pomeroy, Racine, Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, New Haven,
    Mason, Chester, Syracuse, Portland and Reedsville.
