    Southeastern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio...
    Mason County in western West Virginia...
    Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...
    * Until 1100 PM EDT.
    * At 759 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. One
    gauge in central Mason County indicated that over 2 inches of rain
    had fallen in the last hour, with heavy rain still occuring in the
    area.
    Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

    Point Pleasant, Ripley, Racine, Ravenswood, Sandyville, Henderson,
    Leon, Portland, Mount Alto, Statts Mills, Southside, Cottageville,
    Grimms Landing, Gallopolis Ferry, Evans, Leroy, Fairplain and
    Letart.
