    * At 10:00 PM Thursday the stage was 10.7 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
    * Forecast...The river will rise to just above the flood stage to near
    11.1 feet by late tonight. The river will fall below flood stage by
    Friday morning.
    * At 12.0 feet...Flooding begins in Side Cut Metropark. The river is
    out of banks in Waterville.
