* Until 800 AM EDT.
* At 500 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
the advisory area. Radar has estimated up to two inches of rain
have already fallen and additional one inch of rainfall could be
possible through early morning.
