    Southeastern Logan County in west central Ohio...
    Southwestern Delaware County in central Ohio...

    Union County in central Ohio...
    * Until 145 AM EDT.
    * At 1024 PM EDT, minor flooding was reported in western Union
    County. Although the heavy rain has ended, minor flooding will
    still be possible. There are still several roads with high water
    over them in the advisory area.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
    creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
    minor flooding.

    Dublin, Westerville, Marysville, Powell, Plain City, North Lewisburg,
    New California, Polaris, Milford Center, Shawnee Hills, Ostrander,
    Woodstock, Magnetic Springs, Unionville Center, Raymond, Broadway,
    State Route 4 at State Route 161, US Route 33 at US Route 42,
    Pottersburg and Columbus Zoo.
