At 930 PM EDT, doppler radar continued to show moderate rain falling
across the warned area. Gauge reports indicated over two inches of
rain had already fallen near Centerville in Wayne County.

Huntington, Ashland, Louisa, Wayne, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Beech
Fork State Park, Barboursville, Kenova, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Fort
Gay, Burnaugh, Durbin, East Lynn Lake, Centerville, Kiahsville,
Dunlow, South Point and Burlington.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to a half inch are possible in the
warned area.
