    * Until 630 AM EDT Monday.
    * At 929 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas
    will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch
    of rain has fallen this evening.
    * Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Canton, Youngstown, Warren, Ravenna, Columbiana, Boardman,
    Massillon, Alliance, Niles, North Canton, Louisville, Campbell,
    Hubbard, Canfield, Cortland, Newton Falls, Sebring, Minerva,
    Lordstown and Hartville.
    Additional rainfall of up to one and a half inches is expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

    * At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Localized street flooding has also been reported in
    portions of Cuyahoga county. Up and a half inches of rain have
    already fallen with another inch to inch and a half possible. This
    will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
