SOUTHERN TRUMBULL AND NORTHEASTERN MAHONING COUNTIES...
At 1 AM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show moderate rain across
the Youngstown area. Also automated gauges now show that crab creek
has reached levels that cause flooding of businesses along portions
of Andrews Ave. Rain will continue for several more hours resulting
in continued flooding along Crab Creek. Creek levels will begin
falling later tonight as rainfall intensity decreases.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR
LAKE COUNTY...
At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar ongoing showers and thunderstorms in
the warned area. The intensity of the rainfall has decreased,
however earlier storms produced upwards of two inches of rain over
portions of Lake County. The additional rain will exasperate any
ongoing flooding. Runoff will continue from these and earlier storms
through sunset. Motorists are advised to avoid flood prone areas
until the water has receded.

Painesville, Willowick, Fairport Harbor, Mentor, Willoughby,
Eastlake, Madison, Perry, Timberlake, Wickliffe, Willoughby Hills,
Highland Heights, Kirtland, Mayfield, and North Perry.
