...PATCHY DENSE VALLEY FOG THIS MORNING...
Clear sky, light wind, and moisture-laden soil has promoted the
formation of valley fog this morning. In some locations,
especially near rivers, the fog is locally dense with visibilities
of one-half mile or less. The fog will begin to lift after
daybreak, with visibility values improving by 9 AM or so.
Be prepared for areas of dense fog if you are driving this
morning. If you encounter low visibility, slow down and increase
the distance between your car and those that surround you.
