    AM EDT....
    At 1140 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain had
    mostly moved out of the area and only light showers remained. Radar
    indicates up to 2 inches of rain fell in about an hours time over
    eastern Hocking County, and runoff will continue for at least
    another hour. Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained
    streets, highways and underpasses, as well as areas near small
    creeks and streams is likely occurring.

    Ilesboro, Haydenville, Lake Logan State Park, South Bloomingville,
    Enterprise, Union Furnace, Oreville and Carbon Hill.
