    * At 953 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing high water
    issues from earlier heavy rains. Numerous roads remain closed,
    including some having been damaged. Radar indicated that light to
    moderate rain, and pockets of heavier rain will continue to fall
    through the day with another half inch to 1.5 inches possible.
    Runoff from this rainfall will exascerbate ongoing flooding, and
    delay improvement in high water issues.
