    * Until 1215 PM EDT.
    * At 909 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
    training into the advised area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain has
    already fallen, with another inch possible over the next hour.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
