The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio, including the
following areas, in northern Indiana, Adams, Allen IN,
Blackford, Cass IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Wabash,
Wells, White, and Whitley. In northwest Ohio, Allen OH,
Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert.
* Through Sunday evening
* Expect heavy rainfall this weekend of 2 to 5 inches through the
watch area as remnants of Gordon move through the region.
Highest amounts will likely fall along and southeast of a
Monticello to Fort Wayne to Defiance line. Locally higher
amounts are likely to occur across portions of the watch area.
* Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour can cause rapid rises
in water in low lying areas as well as fast responding creeks
and streams.
