    Western Hardin County in west central Ohio...
    * Until 815 PM EDT.
    * At 613 PM EDT, a few roads were reported to have some standing
    water on them.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
    creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
    minor flooding.
