CUYAHOGA AND ASHTABULA COUNTIES...
At 826 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy
rainfall across the warned area. Thunderstorms will continue over
the warned area over the next hour. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flooding is occurring in low lying and poor drainage
areas, especially over urban locations. The runoff will continue to
cause flood concerns through 10 PM. Motorists are advised to avoid
flood prone areas during that time.
