...Locally heavy rainfall may cause flash flooding...
The potential for storms with very high rainfall rates poses a
threat for local flash flooding through Wednesday morning.
Widespread flooding is not expected, but rainfall rates up to 4
inches per hour may cause flash flooding in local and urban
areas. A front has become stationary across the area and will
remain the focus for storms as precipitable water values remain
near climate maximums.
If you live along streams and any flood prone area, remain alert
to this flooding potential, especially near more flashy streams.
