    The Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of Kentucky and Ohio, including the following areas,
    in Kentucky, Bracken, Lewis, Mason, and Robertson. In Ohio,
    Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Highland,
    Hocking, Licking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, and Scioto.
    * Until 10 AM EST this morning
    * Rainfall will be coming to an end over the next several hours.
    * Excessive rainfall will cause local rivers, creeks, and
    streams to rise. Those near streams and rivers should be
    especially cautious as streams and rivers can rise quickly.
