    * Until 445 PM EDT.
    * At 241 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
    across the advisory area. Radar has estimated that at least 1.50
    inches of rain have fallen in the last half hour. Total rainfall
    amounts may excess 2 inches before the thunderstorms weaken.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
