* At 1109 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
moving across the area. Radar estimates indicate one to two inches
of rain has fallen since 10 pm with another inch possible
through 1230 am.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
