    The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Dense Fog
    Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning.
    * VISIBILITIES...will be one quarter mile or less across parts of
    the area.
    * TIMING...Dense fog will persist through early morning with
    visibilities improving after 9 am.
    * IMPACTS...Visibilities will be a quarter of a mile or less at
    times. These poor visibilities will result in hazardous travel
    conditions.
