    Southeastern Butler County in southwestern Ohio...
    * Until 700 PM EDT.
    * At 459 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain of up
    to 1.5 inches in the past hour. An additional inch is possible
    through 6 pm.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
