The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of western Maryland, east central Ohio, Pennsylvania,
and West Virginia.
* Through Monday evening.
* Moderate to heavy rain will continue through Monday as remnant
low pressure, of what once was tropical system Gordan, crosses
the region. Three to locally seven inches rain is likely by late
Monday.
* Widespread flooding is likely in portions of the watch area. There
will also be the risk for major river flooding.
