    * Flood Advisory for...
    Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio...
    * Until 645 PM EDT.
    * At 449 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
    across the advisory area. Radar has estimated over 2 inches of
    rain in the last hour. Thunderstorms will continue with another
    inch of rain possible.
    * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
    Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
    Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Buckland, Kossuth and State
    Route 116 at State Route 197.
