...Excessive Rainfall Expected...
.Moisture associated with the tropical remnant low pressure
system will continue to move into the local area through Monday
morning. The combination of the low pressure system and abundant
moisture will cause a significant amount of rain to possibly fall
across the area through Monday. The highest rainfall amounts
will be focused southeast of a line from Mansfield to Warren. The
potentially heavy rainfall could also cause rivers and streams to
go out of their banks during this time period. Areas that
experience very heavy rain in a short amount of time could see
flash flooding develop mainly late this afternoon into this
evening.

The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of north central Ohio and northwest Ohio, including
the following areas, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Crawford,
Huron, Knox, Lorain, Marion, Morrow, and Richland. In
northwest Ohio, Hancock, Seneca, and Wyandot.
* Through Monday morning
* A widespread storm total 1 to 3 inches of rain is expected
through this evening. The heaviest rain will occur this morning.
This amount of rain could cause rivers, streams, and creeks to
go out of their banks and cause flooding. Low lying poor
drainage areas will be subject to flooding.
* Main stem river threats could include threats to property along
the river banks due to flooding.
