    THURSDAY...
    HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
    * Heat indices in the mid 90s this evening will drop to around 80
    by midnight. Heat indices will remain in the middle to upper
    70s overnight providing little relief overnight. Winds will
    also remain light this evening. Those attending outdoor
    activities this evening will still be at risk of heat
    exhaustion.
    * Heat indices may rise back into the mid and upper 90s again on
    Thursday afternoon. The extent of cloud cover and precipitation
    will impact how high heat indices reach on Thursday.
    IMPACTS...
    * The heat will lead to hazardous conditions particularly for
    the elderly,those with preexisting health conditions and
    pets. Little in the way of beneficial cooling will occur
    overnight in homes without air conditioning.
