The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio, including the
following areas, in northern Indiana, Jay. In northwest Ohio,
Allen OH.
* Through this evening
* Pockets of heavy rainfall can be expected with some of this
falling on areas that have seen over 4 inches of rain over the
past couple of days. An additional 1 to 2 inches is possible
today. The greatest risk for the heaviest amounts will be across
eastern Jay County Indiana and southeastern Allen County Ohio.
Additional rainfall amounts today will decrease to the north and
west of this area.
* Due to extremely saturated soils in the watch area, much of any
additional rainfall will runoff. This could lead to rapid rises
in water in low lying areas and along small creeks and streams.
