    * At 832 PM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
    heavy rainfall over two inches in the past hour across parts of
    the warned area. Heavy rain continues to fall with another inch of
    rain possible. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause
    flash flooding to occur.
