* At 1112 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional scattered heavy
rain showers crossing the northern Blue Ridge. These additional
one-quarter to one-half inch rainfall rates will exacerbate
existing flooding issues.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Spruce Pine, Newland, Crossnore, Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils,
Grandfather Mountain State Park, Mount Mitchell State Park, B.R.
Parkway-Linville Falls To Grandfather, Bandana and Ingalls.
Flooding is also expecting along the North Toe River at Spruce
Pine.
