the Neuse River Near Goldsboro.
* At 4:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 19.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
midday Tuesday.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Ferry Bridge Road begins to flood.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Water overflows the banks
at the SR1915 bridge and upstream of the US117 bridge.
