    615 AM EDT FOR NORTHEASTERN WAYNE AND SOUTHEASTERN WILSON COUNTIES...
    At 357 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to two and a half inches of rain have already
    fallen, especially near Stantonsburg and Fremont. Through 5 AM, some
    of the heaviest rainfall will occur between Fremont and Princeton.

    Fremont, Stantonsburg, Black Creek, Pikeville, Saratoga, Eureka and
    Nahunta.
