    .Moist easterly flow has produced fog across much of metropolitan
    Charlotte and its suburbs. In some areas visibility will remain
    below a quarter mile until mid-morning.
    ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...
    The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued
    a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EDT this
    morning.
    * LOCATIONS...the greater Charlotte area, including Salisbury,
    Lincolnton, Gastonia, Monroe, Rock Hill, and Chester.
    * IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel difficult.
    * VISIBILITY...Less than a mile, with some areas experiencing
    values of a quarter mile or less.
