    STOKES...FLOYD...PATRICK AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES...
    At 519 PM EDT, doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain has
    ended, however local law enforcement reports that there are still
    multiple roads that are closed due to high water. Therefore, the
    flash flood warning remains in effect. Even though the heaviest rain
    has ended, please continue to heed any road closures.
