* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be hazardous on shaded and
hilly roadways where black ice and compacted snow will be most
prevalent. The coldest wind chill values will occur overnight
through early Saturday morning when frostbite can occur in as
little as 20 to 30 minutes to exposed skin.
