    * At 356 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm with a history of producing a
    tornado a tornado was located near Maxton, or near Laurinburg,
    moving north at 25 mph.
    HAZARD...Tornado.
    SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation continuing. Law Enforcement
    confirmed an original touchdown just west of Rowland, NC.
    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
    Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
    damage is likely.

    Laurinburg, Maxton, Wagram, East Laurinburg, Camp Mackall and
    Sandhills Game Land.
