    * At 1131 AM EDT, Excessive runoff continued throughout the Rocky
    Broad, Green and Upper Pacolet basins after this morning`s and
    last night`s very heavy rainfall. Many rivers, streams and creeks
    in these areas will take much of the afternoon to return to within
    their banks.
