    * Until 915 AM EDT
    * At 655 AM EDT, Doppler radar continues to indicate heavy rainfall
    and isolated thunderstorms tracking from southwest to northeast
    across and within the Flood Advisory area. Additional rainfall was
    developing back to the southwest into central North Carolina. Up
    to 2 inches of rain has already fallen in much of the advisory
    area during the last couple of hours. Additional rainfall will
    continue to exacerbate any ongoing flooding, and potentially
    initiate new flooding in some areas.
