* Until 145 PM EDT.
* At 1248 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Rainfall of 1-2 inches on top of already wet
ground, will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Ponding of
water on roads will introduce a hydroplaning danger, reduce speed
for more control.

Lumberton, St. Pauls, Smiths, Rex, Howellsville, Tolarsville,
Duart, Butters, Hestertown, Robeson Community College, Tobermory,
Barker Ten Mile, Shannon, Parkton, Rennert, Tar Heel, Lumber Bridge
and Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
