    NORTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND AND HOKE COUNTIES...
    At 817 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
    continuously redeveloping and producing flooding over the warned
    area. The thunderstorms with the heaviest rain extended from Raeford
    to Fayetteville, and near Gibson, moving northeast at 20 mph. Up to 3
    inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding of area roads and
    streets is expected.

    Fayetteville, Laurinburg, Raeford, Lillington, Fort Bragg, Pope AFB,
    Antioch, Spring Lake, Wagram and East Laurinburg.
