    continue across the area this morning. With temperatures dropping
    into the 30s, expect areas of frost to develop by daybreak. Some
    of the coldest valleys may experience a light freeze.

    * LOCATIONS...The Central and Southern Mountains of North
    Carolina and also Rabun County in northeast Georgia.
    * TEMPERATURES...Lows in the mid 30s. Highs in the mid 60s.
    * WINDS...Southeast 5 mph or less.
    * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions may damage sensitive
    vegetation. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the
