    * Until 1045 AM EDT.
    * At 749 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that locally as much as two and one half inches of rain had fallen
    across the advised area since yesterday. There is a likelihood of
    additional brief periods of heavy tropical showers through midday.
    Be wary of steadily rising creeks and streams throughout the Broad
    and First Broad basins. Also watch for standing water on many
    roads.
