    Central Pitt County in eastern North Carolina...
    * Until 630 PM EDT.
    * At 503 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the
    downtown Greenville area near East Carolina University, and an
    additional inch or so is possible before the rain stops.
