* At 252 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training
showers and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the
advisory area. Two to three inches of rain have fallen across the
area, and an additional 2 to 3 inches will be possible resulting
in areas of minor flooding.
