    Carteret County in eastern North Carolina...
    Pamlico County in eastern North Carolina...
    * Until 1145 PM EDT Saturday.
    * At 344 PM EDT...Moderate to heavy rain from Tropical Storm
    Florence will continue to cause life threatening flash flooding
    across the warned area. Expect an additional 2 to 3 inches, with
    locally higher amounts possible, this evening. This is a life
    threatening situation, as numerous roads are already impassable,
    along with widespread flooding. The additional heavy rain will
    result in flood waters to continue to rise through this evening,
    threatening homes and businesses across the warned area.
    * SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
    Havelock, Morehead City, Newport, Cedar Island, Harkers Island,
    South River, Cape Carteret, North River, Davis, Straits, Atlantic,
    Sealevel, Marshallberg, Smyrna, Merrimon, Pine Knoll Shores,
    Harlowe, Florence, Broad Creek and Janeiro.
