    The National Weather Service in Newport/Morehead City has issued
    a Red Flag Warning for dangerous fire weather conditions, which
    is in effect until 7 PM EDT this evening.
    * Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 029, 044, 045, 046, 047, 079,
    080, 081, 090, 091, 092, 093, 094, 095, 098, 103, and 104.
    * Winds...Gusty southwest winds of 30 to 35 mph.
    * Relative Humidity...As low as 20 percent.
    * Temperatures...60 to 65 degrees.
    * Impacts...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
    Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged.
