    * At 829 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms from near Franklin Virginia to Jackson and Boones
    Crossroads North Carolina. This will cause minor flooding in the
    advisory area. One to two inches of rain has already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Franklin, Murfreesboro, Courtland, Rich Square, Boykins, Holland,
    Chowan University, Suffolk, Conway, Woodland, Newsoms, Como,
    Hunterdale, Carrsville, Jackson, Severn, Lasker, Branchville,
    Milwaukee and Bryantown.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain combined with excessive runoff will result in minor
    flooding.
