    western side of Michael were pushing east along a line extending
    from near Garner through 7 miles northeast of Angier to near
    Raeford, moving east at 40 mph.
    HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
    SOURCE...Emergency management confirms damage from this area of
    high wind gusts.
    IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
