    * Until 1215 AM EDT.
    * At 1110 PM EDT, the Mallard Creek stream gauge near Pavilion
    Boulevard was reporting a stage around 13 feet. At 12 to 13 feet,
    water will continue to flood the PNC Music Pavilion parking lots
    and other low-lying areas along Pavilion Boulevard. The water is
    expected to recede after 1215 AM EDT.
    * Some other locations that will experience minor flooding or high
    water conditions include...Harrisburg, Charlotte Motor Speedway,
    UNC Charlotte, West Concord and Northeast Charlotte.
