* Until 1245 AM EDT Monday.
* At 638 PM EDT, Cabarrus County Emergency Management is reporting
numerous roads closed across the county due to urban/poor-drainage
flooding and the flooding of area streams. Several roads are
being inundated in the vicinity of Concord, Mt. Pleasant, Midland,
and Harrisburg. Floodwaters are approaching a few residential
yards near streams and residents are urged to see higher ground as
streams are expected to rise over the next few hours.
* Two to four inches of rainfall have occurred over the past 6-
hours with storm-total rainfall of 3-6 inches. An additional inch
is possible over the next 1-3 hours as the final rainbands
associated with Florence lift north.
* The Rocky River near the Irish Buffalo River confluence may crest
near 22 feet overnight tonight, prolonging the flood threat.
* Roads impacted include but are not limited to: Flowstore Rd, Pharr
Mill Rd, Stallings Rd, and Middleton Circle. Drivers are urged
to avoid flooded roadways and obey all barricades.
